Julia was born in Owen Sound and grew up in sunny Sauble Beach. Living in Windsor, beside ‘the water’, fondly reminds her of her northern roots. Having caught the ‘travel bug’ early in life, she has travelled extensively to such places as Germany, France, Italy, Hawaii, Florida, and Cancun, which has given her a wealth of character building experiences.

Julia obtained a certificate in business which opened the doors for her to manage a number of different businesses in the Toronto area.

Family ties brought her to Windsor and another wonderful opportunity...this time in real estate. Julia has been a vital part of Bob Pedler Real Estate for the past 13 years, juggling many hats as she helps people buy and sell houses and condos in Essex County. Helping others is her motivation!

Julia began her Christian walk in 2004 and is blessed to say that God is both her business and her personal partner. He has given her the eyes to see and the understanding to grasp the Word of God. She loves to read the Bible, inspirational books, biographies, and anything else that will help her develop her walk with the Lord. Julia loves being an aunt and has 2 nephews and 2 nieces that have stolen her heart!
